We are currently working together with innovative entrepreneurs in the food sector from Panama City, David and Boquete to develop practical solutions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
One of the projects is a blog which showcases entrepreneurs in the food sector and their business. It tells their story, what makes them unique and how are they dealing with current COVID situation. It is meant to showcase the passion that goes into running a restaurant or other business in the food sector. As well it can be an inspiration for others in similar situations.
A simple solution for a complicated problem.
Since the beginning of the Covid-pandemic we also have been working together with restaurants and local businesses to find a simple solution for a big problem: A lot of fresh and delicious dishes are now not being sold.
Running a restaurant, bakery or vegetable shop during these difficult times is not easy. How many clients are you going to receive this week? And which dishes are they going to eat?
This uncertainty creates a lot of delicious meals that are not being sold.
Unsold dishes are food and money being wasted, which is not good for the business, the local community and the planet.
